Communication is key
- Complete our Planning Questionnaire. Be sure to specify what
services you want us to include in our ballpark price estimate. - We email you a budgetary estimate of the price for planning your
motorcycle trip with the services you've asked for. If this looks like
something that fits with what you were looking for we'll arrange a
phone consultation to discuss your motorcycle trip in further detail and
make sure we understand specifically what you’re looking for. - We send you a Trip Proposal with an outline of the motorcycle trip we
would plan for you, a list of specific deliverables you will receive, and
our total price along with terms, conditions, and the date you can
expect us to deliver your personalized motorcycle Trip Plan. - We arrange a follow-up call to answer any questions you may have or
discuss any changes you might like to see. Once completed, you
accept the Trip Proposal by remitting payment via PayPal. - We go to work creating your customized motorcycle Trip Plan for
